Becky Millay
Owner/Coach
As the dedicated owner of Galaxy Cheer & Tumble, with husband Christoper Millay, Becky expertly balances her roles as a professional entrepreneur and a proud mom of three. With a decorated background in competitive gymnastics and cheerleading spanning over two decades across the Midwest and South, she brings an elite level of expertise to our gym. Her passion for mentorship ensures every athlete reaches their full potential in an environment that feels like home. She is committed to fostering both technical excellence and a warm, family-oriented atmosphere where cheer dreams truly take flight.
Ayla Gay
Coach
My name is Ayla, and family has always been at the center of everything I do. My husband and I moved to the area from Pine Bluff in 2017 with my hubsand John.
I have several years of experience working with children and athletes, including six years coaching competitive cheer, one year coaching peewee cheer, and three years coaching gymnastics. I worked as a preschool teacher, where I became CPR certified and completed mandated reporter training. I keep my CPR certification up to date. I am passionate about encouraging young athletes to build confidence, develop strong character, and reach their full potential in a positive and supportive environment.
Chelsea Jeffrey
Coach
As a coach at Galaxy Cheer & Tumble, I'm passionate about helping athletes grow in confidence, skill, and teamwork. I have four years of All Star coaching experience and am a former All Star athlete, bringing firsthand competitive experience to every practice. Outside of coaching, I'm the proud owner of Glamour Studio Hair Salon and a mom of two. I strive to create a positive, encouraging environment where every athlete can succeed on and off the mat.

Keisha Aynes
Coach
Keisha Aynes is entering her 10th year of coaching cheer and her 15th year in education. This is her 5th year as a teacher at Southside Intermediate School where she is also the Varsity Cheer Coach and supports the Junior High team as an assistant coach.
She has been married to Derrek Aynes for 14 years. Together, they are proud parents to two children: Espen, who will be in 4th grade, and Emmi, who will be in 1st grade. They are both cheerleaders at Galaxy Cheer and Tumble.

As a young coach at Galaxy Cheer & Tumble, Danielle is passionate about helping athletes grow in confidence, strength, and technique both on and off the floor. She is a former school and all-star cheerleader, she understands the dedication and perseverance the sport requires. With 1 year of experience coaching dance and acro and 4 years coaching cheer, gymnastics and tumbling starting as a jr. coach, she is committed to creating a positive environment where athletes feel supported while reaching their full potential. Danielle believes there is always room to grow, both as a coach and as an athlete, and encourages every athlete to embrace that mindset every day.
