The Full Travel All Star Cheer program at Galaxy Cheer & Tumble is for athletes who are ready to take their cheer journey to the next level. With mandatory practices in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment, athletes develop elite skills while building lifelong friendships and confidence. Teams compete at six competitions and perform in two showcases each season, giving athletes the opportunity to grow, perform, and succeed. Our program is built on commitment, teamwork, respect, and a passion for excellence—creating champions on and off the mat.

Choose the payment option that works best for your family. All payments are team fees and tuition combined.

Season Schedule
The Full Season seaso runs from August through April. Our athletes follow a structured roadmap designed to peak for our cheer competitions and showcases.

Crossover Fees
Only if asked to compete on more than one cheer team , there will
be additional fees . If you are asked to be a crossover to replace an
athlete , you will be made aware of the fees from that point forward .

Account Balance Policies
Current Balance
All athletes must be cleared at a ZERO balance with Galaxy in order to sign up for private lessons, classes, or other special events. Members must be cleared out of zero balance at least one working day prior to an event in order to perform. Galaxy reserves the right to pull an athlete from any performances if the account is outstanding. Athletes may also be set out or removed from practices if their account is outstanding. Bids
If your team receives a full paid bid , this is the only exception for a refund . It will be applied within 72 business hours to your account . It may take 5-7 business days if paid by card depending on your bank . Cash and check payments can see the office atyour next practice .
Quitters Fees
Due to choreography, music uniforms, competition, registrations, and team restructuring cost the following quitter fees apply if an athlete leaves the program after accepting a team placement
September - November $350 quitter's fee
December-April $500 quitter's fee
Refunds
Under no circumstances or for any reason will a
refund be issued for any Galaxy Cheer & Tumble collected fees. If your athlete quits or leaves the team and your fees were prepaid for the season that amount will be held on to your athletes account for future use on future Galaxy Cheer & Tumble classes , NO REFUNDS will be given in any form. ** Bids are the exception
Late Fees
$25 late fee will be applied after the THIRD day of not being paid for any monthly payment .Your child will be sat out of practices until all balances are taken care of . If not paid within two weeks your child will be removed from the routine.
